CMM Fixtures multiflexprofile CMM fixtures Series The multiflexprofile series provides base and build-up components for parts that are too big for the eco-fix base plates. The profile line-up comprises of 3 different variants: • multiflexprofile rails are half dovetail profiles for direct mounting of basic frames on the CMM granite. • The economic multiflexprofile frames is used for generating the basic frame. It features dovetail and T-nut profiles. • The actual mutiflexprofiles feature an additional grid system, that together with positioning pins provide secure fixation of build up plates and slider components. Apart from our off the peg profiles, custom lengths are available by inquiry. Slider elements, including the height adjustable vari-fix columns, can be positioned freely on the frame structure. In combination with eco-fix and eco-fixplus fixturing components, the highest fixturing flexibility and capability for any modular fixturing range is achieved.
